Building a trading fund
What we mean by a personal fund
A "fund" here is trading capital run with discipline: clear objectives, hard risk limits, a trade journal and regular reporting – instead of trading on gut feel. Job one isn't fast profits; it's protecting capital and showing the system has a positive expectancy over a meaningful sample.
Three pillars
- System: written entry and exit rules, tested on historical data and then on a small live account.
- Risk management: limits per trade, per day and per month.
- Transparency: published results, ideally verified by a third party (Myfxbook, FXBlue, broker statements).

⚠ High-risk warning
Forex, gold CFDs and other leveraged products carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. No returns are promised or guaranteed. Past performance – including any sample figures on this page – is not indicative of future results.
- Only trade money you can afford to lose.
- Open an account in your own name with a properly regulated broker; never send money to an individual, including anyone claiming to represent HuymasterGold79.
- Check the rules that apply to leveraged trading where you live before you start.
- Everything here is educational and reflects personal opinion – it is not investment advice.
